Ian Ridenhour was born in 2000. Though he has many interests, his main focus of study is music. Ian is a member of Wachter’s Middle School’s Science Olympiad team, a percussionist in Wachter’s jazz band, 8th grade school band, and 9th grade marching band. A member of the band Blind Mice from 2006-2011, he now plays local rock band Hex Radio where he serves as percussionist, vocalist, and composer. Additionally he is the inventor of the award winning educational trading card game “Animal Attack,” and a member of the prestigious Davidson Institute Young Scholars Program.
